This is a Canon EOS 80D DSRL camera, full-spectrum converted for astrophotography, fine-art or technical photography.

I have years of experience in converting cameras and I try to do the best I can to offer a good product that can be used with pleasure to get spectacular images.

Full-Spectrum conversion gives you the most versatility.

Using different filters on the lens (Infrared 680nm, 720nm, up to deep infrared 850nm, super blue, 560nm etc) you will get various results specific to other conversion types.

So, virtually you have many cameras in one.

This camera will gives you artistic images for Fine Art, large sensitivity for Astrophotography or similar results as discontinued years ago, Kodak Ektachrome EIR film.

Canon EOS 80D features: Sensor Resolution 24.2 Megapixel, Optical Sensor TypeCMOS, Effective Sensor Resolution 24.2 MP pixels, Optical Sensor SizeAPS-C (15.0 x 22.5 mm), Field of View Crop Factor1.6, Sensor FeaturesEOS Integrated Cleaning System, Self Cleaning Sensor Unit, Image ProcessorDIGIC 6, SystemTTL phase detection, Auto Focus Points (Zones) Qty45, AE/AF ControlFlexiZone, Predictive AI Servo AF, Subject-tracking AF, Digital Video FormatH.264, MOV, Image Recording FormatJPEG, RAW, RAW + JPEG, Max Video Resolution1920 x 1080, Interfaces ProvidedHDMI, USB 2.0.

For sale is camera body, one battery, body cap, replace charger, neck strap and printed instructions.

This camera simulate perfectly the results possible using the Kodak Ektachrome EIR film but with more control over the final results.

As I mentioned “Full – Spectrum” is by far, the most versatile camera conversion.

The internal low – pass filter is replaced with a clear optical quality glass allowing all light radiations to be recorded by the digital sensor.

From UV (around 380nm) to Full – Color (590 – 665nm) up to IR zone 680nm, 720nm classic or to deep – infared 850nm.

The most interesting filters used on a “Full – Spectrum” camera are: Super Color “Goldie” 590nm, Pinkie 630nm, Enhanced Color 665nm, Super Blue – in camera Faux Color, Infrared “classic” 720nm.

Camera works perfect, and it is as new. Please see the pictures from gallery for reference.

After the conversion a critical step is AF calibration.

In this case the focus has been adjusted using a Canon 50mm 1,8 AF lens and similar results can be obtain using other lenses, type Canon EF or EFS with adapter.

With camera, I will provide a detailed points to follow to get best results for the first time.

How to set the Custom White Balance or using channel mixer. This way we can obtain stunning almost black and white or false color as in gallery.

I have years of experience with Canon and Nikon cameras conversion and I personally take pictures with each cameras I convert to be sure they are in perfect order.

Please ask if you have questions.

I try to go out for testing, to take pictures using a camera after the conversion.

For sending parcels I use a postal service that offers online tracking. Delivery time within European Union is around 4-5 days. For USA or other non EU countries it is 6-7 days, sent with UPS postal service.
